Producers of PVC packaging who are registered with SAVA as their Producer Responsibility Organisation (PRO) for reporting to the Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment (DFFE), in compliance with Section 18 EPR Legislation. Packaging members will be levied a rate of R250 per tonne by SAVA.
